Bags of Hope UK
Bags of Hope UK is a not for profit organisation which aims to improve the experiences of children and young people in the care system. Bags of Hope UK was established in 2017 to address the needs of those being moved with their possessions stored and transported in bin liners and shopping carrier bags. We are currently fundraising to be able to provide children and young people with suitcases, bags and holdalls, to prevent the use of bin liners.
The organisation is run by a team of dedicated volunteers, with professional backgrounds in Social work, Youth work, Advocacy, Counselling, Education, Fostering and Domestic Abuse Services.
