Bai Lang offers professional tuition for students of all ages and ability levels looking to compete in regional, national and International events.
As Telford's ONLY martial arts centre teaching TRUE light continuous and full contact kickboxing we pride ourselves on our reputation and pedigree having trained no fewer than 25 World' European and British Champions.
We offer lessons to pupils of all ages from 7-50+ and varying abilities with dedicated coaching offered to active fighters or those seeking to develop their skills.

excellent martial arts centre
Very good tuition and excellent value for money. Bai lang has a lovely atmosphere and is always welcoming. The kickboxing tuition is of a high standard, and the lead instructor lee is excellent with children. The best martial arts centre we have been to. Highly recommended!
