Telford Thai Boxing runs classes in Muay Thai Boxing, Ladies Kickboxing, fitness training sessions and Effective Self Defence classes. Classes are run on Mondays Tuesday and Thursdays from 6.45pm. We run weekend seminars and workshops, and offer personal & group tailored training programs. Why not come along and spectate? You are welcome to sit in, watch and ask questions.
