DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
My husband had ordered flowers as a surpirse for our anniversary unfortunately the incompetance of this florist meant they were delivered to the wrong address, not even the same road! My husband was upset and when he enquired where were the flowers he was told they had been delivered to another house number as we were out, we were not out! We went to the other house and they weren't there. When he rang again, now even crosser, we were told they were delivered to another road! Eventually they turn up with no appology from the arogant man, and I was told that they had too many jobs on and there were too many roads with the same name! Making out it was our fault for the address!!! Not so it was there error! They ruined my surprise, made us late for a meal and there was no card with the flowers that my husband had written the day before as this was still at the other house!!!! They are Emma Campbell's now and not Ballards as they went bust and I pointed out you can only wonder why!!!! We went back to them later in the day after our meal and asked for the card which did arive at our house later that day, opened and torn where someone else had obviously looked at it. The lady in the shop offered up the excuse that they had a funeral on and that is why it all got mixed up. We were offered out money back but my husband declined, however they do not deserve the money with the service. It totally ruined part of my day and I will not use them again. In the past I have bought flowers from them, and the flowers sometimes die too soon where they are not as fresh as they should be. If these do the same they can have them back. DO NOT USE THEM AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

We had a wonderful wedding at Ballards. Flowers were perfect in everyway! I recommend everyone to have their Weddings/Funerals/Whatever with this Florist. They're Emma Campbell's Florist now! I'm the old geezer that used to own it.
