Poor customer service

The Baker Street shop has closed down and sold its number to another balloon shop in southgate. The details for the baker st shop are still on google and Thompson local so people like myself will place an order using that phone number thinking the shop is still in enfield. I placed an order and went to collect in enfield but found the shop had closed down. I rang the number and they told me that they had moved to southgate. This is a lie as the southgate shop has always been there. The staff are completely different so they have just taken the number from the enfield shop. I was livid.The traffic from enfield to southgate was horrendous and I did not have the time. When I got there, there was nowhere to park near the shop. I rang the staff and asked them to bring the balloons outside.They did not. I Went in the shop and the staff had not even blown up my balloons and then they told me that they were out of stock of some of the balloons! I will not use again the customer service is poor
