on 28/05/2011 i went into store and orderd some sliding doors. the next day i needed to add some more to the order. the delivery day came and things were delivered, how ever the wrong doors were sent, this was my fault, and i rang the store and spoke to a lady called debbie who was so helpfull, she was plesant and curtious. nothing was to much trouble. she delt with my mistake and even arranged for the doors to be collected, and the wright ones to be deliverd on the very same day. i would like to say a very big thank you to debbie and recommend her for employee of the month if this is possible. a very big thank you to debbie.
