About Us
Banstead Kyushindo Karate Club has been training in the heart of Banstead Village for 30 years. Run by Sensei David Frost (6th Dan) and Sensei Bill Wheeler (4th Dan), the club is a friendly, mixed ability group ranging from beginners to black belt and above. Kyushindo Karate is a practical and challenging martial art discipline as well as one that offer self-defence and real street combat techniques that work. Ages 16 and over are welcome.
