Nice food, small portions bar Fajitas
The only mexican around for miles (next one I know of is Fajita restaurant in Ampthill).Went here with my girlfriend and a group of friends. The portions are on the smaller side - except for Fajitas, these are generous, particularly the helpings of lettuce, guacamole, salsa, cheese and sour cream.It is small, probably only seating 20 - 25 ppl. I've previously had trouble getting a booking here; when finally ate here, I knew why!There is a cocktail bar upstairs. It was crowded with little seating when we went, so gave it a miss.

Bar Amigo
Bar Amigo as the name suggests is a Mexican restaurant – Tex Mex Cantina – The only one I know of in the local area. It is situated facing the old market square. It is only on the 1st floor, and is in fact quite a small establishment, just right for a cosy meal for two.The place is quite popular, the staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is greatThey make great food, and great drinks, but the only real problem is the portion sizes – I found them quite small, so you end up either hungry or splitting a second dish with a friend, which in turn means it gets a bit expensive.
