Dont use if you dont live in Buckingham Palace!!!

I booked the bar hire company for a surprise 50th party for my sister for Saturday 9th July. Oliver was very helpful and asked me to send £100 deposit which i did. The day of the party i was due to go to the venue and meet with Oliver when he phoned me to say that he was not happy leaving his staff there and he did not think the area was safe (even though i had hired 2 licensed bouncers). (i also wonder why they did not check out the location before the day )!!! Anyway Oliver promised me my deposit back and that was that! It is now 6th August and after various emails i am still awaiting my deposit. I have many large functions at my houst through the year and would never use this company again!!! Thanks to them i had to run around last minute to buy alcohol for the party as i had told everybody not to bring any because there would be a bar. Oliver says that Coffehall is the most deprived area he has ever visited, i say he is a snob and the people there may not have fancy cars or houses but they are genuine people and probably worth 1000 of him!!
