Quality Service for over 15 Years
We have used Barlow Servicing for over 15 Years now. John and the team always go the extra mile with every aspect of customer service. They look after all our Kirby, Dyson and Karcher equipment and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Customer service as it should be
I cannot begin to praise the service i have recieved from Barlows (Phil in particular). My Karcher K2 had stopped working and i was told by Tesco that it was out of warranty. Took to Barlows for repair. Due to Phil's diligence and putting the customer 1st he informed me that the pressure washer actually came with a 2 year warranty and has helped my in getting the issue resolved. Superb Service and a shimning example to the likes of the corporate monoliths on how to treat your customers. I will be actively recommending friends and family to use Barlows in future to service any vacuums, pressure washers etc. If i could give 10 stars it would not be enough.

J Barlow's has a great team of guys, total professional who know their job backwards, really very please in the repair and advice. All done at a common sense price. Well worth the 14 miles to see them.

Turning a service into an art form
I have had one Karcher and four Dyson’s serviced at Barlow’s. They all came back spotless and feeling better than when I bought them new, the service is worth more than the five stars awardable, seriously these guys know their job.

Karcher Presuure Washer
Great Service from staff who knew their stuff. Great explanation of the problem and great advice for future use of machine. Prices were very good and all work warranted for 12 months. It was a shame I had to drive a round trip of 120 miles but well worth it. Thanks a million

Excellent Service
Got my hoover back today after dropping if off last week. I was convinced it was the motor that had gone. They said it wasn't the motor, they could of easily said it was and charged me for it, I would of been none the wiser, but they didn't, they was honest enough to be truthful. Very good and reliable service, honest and polite, at a reasonable price. With a 3 month guarantee. I doubt anyone would get a better service anywhere else. I would certainly use their service again and also recommend to family and friends. Thank you guys.

Excellent Service!!
Took our Karcher pressure washer over as it had developed a fault. The service was excellent, the staff very professional and the machine is now like new. Would fully and highly recomend this company to anyone.

Great Service
Gave Barlows an opportunity to mend our ageing KIrby that has been serviced by Kirby until last year. The machine was returned working and like new. The cost of the work was half the cost of a yearly contract with Kirby and there were no high pressure sales taking an hour and several phone calls to get the best offer of a machine you don't want from some Manager or other. Very Highly recommended

A great find
Worth the short distance from old Trafford. Quick turnaround, great value and pleasant, efficient service. Hoover came back working better than ever. Also looking immaculate. Highly recommended.
