An Excellent service all round
Having never had an eye test before I was keen to choose a optician I trust. My eyes being as important as they are to me. I am pleased to be able to say that Barnabys were friendly, proffessional and met the highest standards of expection I could have had. I would recomend them to anyone. Excellent customer service!
I was really impressed with the welcoming and warm atmosphere - something increasingly rare in this day and age! Plus the shop layout and decor was fantastic. I didn't feel under pressure to choose something straight away. The Barnaby's were ever so friendly and I really felt that they wanted me to spend time to get a frame that best suited me. They offered great advice and I felt truly looked after! I now have a great pair of prescription glasses and am planning on going back to pick out a pair of sunglasses from one of their designer ranges. I would definately recomend a visit!
