called into their showroom on 7/2/13 saw a shower enclosure and couple of others items we liked, DIDNT BUY A THING , zero on customer service, asked a sales asst who obviously couldnt be bothered with us, asked measurements on shower enclosure as couldnt see on description on shower he SHOUTED over its written on shower door, we still couldnt see it so eventually he came over and said its there (when he eventually deemed to read the notice) and then he said oh no its not there , got a tape measure out and MUTTERED 1400, we were only people in store i am not suprised, their loss as we would have spent over £2000 if not for such poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! will never visit again .WISH COULD LEAVE NO STARS ON REVIEW

Tap Washer.

I received an H20 Alpha Basin Monobloc Mixer Tap as part of a set. The Plastic Silver Coated Washer which came with the tap had a small crack visible but my plumber fitted it anyway since the crack was not visible when fitted. However, with use , the washer has disintegrated and the tap itself is very loose on the basin. Despite several requests for a replacement and being promised that the washer would be posted to me, the washer has never appeared. I offered to contact the manufacturers myself, I was told that they had not contact details for them!

This company is absolutely appalling.They lied about the product being in stock, when it arrived part of the toilet package was incorrect. They told the courier our old address rather than where we were moving to. We are currently trying to arrange for the items to be returned but they are not doing this despite promising to,

These guys trade as Bathroom Emporiums and Peachurst. I ordered a bathroom from them in November, was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, but they didn't deliver. They had some "issues" between them an the bathroom manufacturer. I went 6 weeks before the delivery was eventually made and even then there was a tap missing, incorrect sink waste, incorrect parts in the shower riser kit and a missing top for the WC cabinet. They are slow to get back to you with updates, terrible at processing refunds and generally give the appearance of not caring at all about the customer. My advice would be to use the showroom display to find what you like, but order it from somewhere else! A lot of the stuff is available online at comparable prices, or there are many better retailers out there.

We waited 3 weeks before chasing our bathroom. It arrived 4 days later with free delivery for the delay. I have used them before for a shower door and have had no previous complaints. I am also concious that people only review when they have something to complain about and that there must be hundreds of satissfied customers out there. There is plenty of choice at the shop and all seems of good quality. Before I get strung up by the people who have had a bad experience, I can only vouch for my experiences with the company. Staff helpful and friendly.

Ordered an item in May 2011, and it had not turned up within 3 weeks so I wrote to them cancelling the order. The promised refund never turned up on my credit card, despite me chasing them several times, so I am finally taking them to court via the small claims courts to get my money back. An absolute joke of a company. Don't bother unless you want an appauling service and are prepared to take legal action to get a refund.

I bought a shower cubicle from them some time ago but was unable to leave feedback as the site had been closed down by Bathroom Emporium I will keep this brief The shower was delivered in a pile in the back of a clapped out transit van. The rear panel was badly damaged. There were lots of bits missing. Communication with Bathroom Emporium were ZERO. Fortunately the manufacturers were Italian with offices in London and with their considerable help I managed to get a new panel delivered from Italy. I had to collect it from Bathroom Emporium and rebuild the rear piping myself. At no time did I get any assistance From Bathroom Emporium Their MD could not be contacted by telephone or email and all letters to him were never replied to. The company is run by a bag full of clowns who have not a clue as to what they should be doing. If you want to be ripped off big time then I highly recommend this company

Avoid at all costs. Their customer service once they have your cash really is pitiful. Ignore the claims about substantial guarantees on the website - they won't honour them and will fob you off. You can also buy cheaper elsewhere if you look around.

Never use this company - have just been on to phone for the 6th time since May chasing a £230 refund of a cancelled order. Customer service is beyond terrible - They never return calls, basically fob you off , won't pass you onto management - say manager is Mr Macintosh who doesn't have a tel no or email address which I find hard to beleive. I am very concerned that I am never going to see my refund.

In April I ordered £900 worth of bathroom furniture from Bathroom Emporium, I was told the items were in stock and would be delivered 1-2 weeks from payment as stated on the website. By the end of April these had still not arrived. At the beginning of May I phoned back and spoke to a different sales person. He said my order was not in stock and that it would be another 3-4 weeks before they could deliver. I asked for a refund and the sales man said that he was refunding me as we spoke. The refund never materialised. I then visited their showroom in Lancaster, when I got there it was in a old mill house with broken windows and signs everywhere saying 'no photography' and broken and discarded taps and other plumbing materials everywhere. This was not the state of the art showroom described on their website. I met and spoke to the sales man, the showroom manager and the office manager and spent about an hour trying to persuade them to refund my card. Both women explained in a hostile and extremely rude that they would not refund me. I eventually left empty handed, very upset, and the price of a train ticket down. I really wish I had never bought anything from this company, they delivered nothing, lied to me at every stage, were extremely rude and aggressive, took my money under false pretences and held onto my money for as long as they possibly could, avoid them at all costs.

2 Items of 7 ordered on 15th December 2010 have still to be delivered on 18th March 2011. I was told on 15th December that all items were available and in stock, and only learned when 2 basins failed to arrive that they had run out, and I must await manfacturer making some more!!!!. I waited weeks, but was NOT contacted by the company. I chased the matter up. Earlier this week I chased again, and again was told that yes, the basiNs are in stock (although my outstanding order had not been fulfilled) and that I would be contacted later with delivery date. No call. Have chased again, and have been told I will be contacted within half an hour!! Believe that if you will! It has taken more that half an hour to now. If you are reading this, check out other feed-back places, and you will find The Bathroom Emporium has hidden its reviews. That tells a tale. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

we are recent customers of the bathroom emporium and had come on the site to write a positive review and were very suprised at the comments we have read. from the moment we entered the showroom both my wife and I were very impressed with the prompt and knowledgable service we received from the showroom staff, in particular a young lady called sarah. after placing our order and agreeing a delivery time we were kept upto date with progress and the delivery was made as agreed by the bathroom emporiums own driver who, despite his small frame, was able to place the bath where we needed it. i can only assume that the customer service has improved greatly since these reviews were written or they just had a bad experience. either way we would happliy return for any future bathroom purchases

This has to be the worst company i've ever dealt with. Beware of the claims they make on their website. They don't use their own delivery fleet, goods were delivered to my home by courier company. Poorly packaged, items broken, items missing. Promises of a refund have still not been fulfilled.

If you want to order bathroom items, pay for them, and wait over 4 weeks for them even though the supplier says they are in stock this company is for you! If you want to be lied to on the phone this company is for you! If you want to waste hours waiting for them to phone you back, this company is for you! If you want your e-mails ignored, this company is for you! If you want to be refused a refund when you are unhappy with goods , this company is for you! And... if you want the showroom proprioter to use swear words in front of your wife this is the company for you! Personally though, I would definetely go elsewhere!!!

I ordered & paid for a bathroom suite from this circus on 29/09/2009 having viewed their website which showed a maximum delivery time of 1 - 3 weeks. When ordering I confirmed this and was told it was correct. 4 weeks later I telephoned them for a delivery date and was told the "lead time" was 5 weeks. I pointed out their website stated 1 - 3 weeks however the female I spoke with insisted it did not - despite the fact I was looking at the website whilst speaking with her. Over the weeks I made numerous telephone calls for a delivery date each time being given a different eta weeks ahead. I sent recorded delivery letters to the owners of the company - to their home address - and (surprise surprise) they were returned unopened. At the beginning of December I again telephoned the company and asked to speak with one of the owners by name. I spoke with a female who had the communication skills of a rabid rottweiller. She identified herself as the "Showroom Manager" and told me the owners weren't available. I asked when they would be available and she informed me "Not till January" I told her the reason for my call and why I wished to speak with them i.e. my total dissatisfaction at over the misleading information on their website, the lack of communication and the fact I had to ring them for infortmation and that I was still waiting for the goods I had paid for in September. Her response was "If you don't like it you can cancel and have your money back." I said I would wait and speak with the owners on their return. At this point she informed me "No you won't - you won't be allowed to." Their website states goods ordered are delivered direct from them to you by their "experienced drivers who are used to handiling bathrooms thereby minimising the risk of damage or breakages - and no pallets or cartons are left at your premises." On 22nd December I received a telephone call from a delivery contractor stating he had a pallet of goods to deliver to me from Bathroom Emporium and would I be available to take delivery the next day. I pointed out I had not been made aware the goods were being sent to me and that I had expected them to be delivered by the company I ordered them from detailing word for word the claims on the website about delivery. The person I was speaking with laughed and said "You're joking - it's been through 6 hubs already and we won't have it till tomorrow - breakages happen quite often. Also, we will only deliver to your kerbside - we won't bring it into your house. You'll have 15 minutes to check it but that's all." I was clearly not happy with this information and the male told me he would get back to the company who had passed the job to him. He then rang me back and stated he had spoken with the company he had the job from - they had tried to contact Bathroom Emporium but they were closed for Christmas - having closed on 18th December and would not re-open till 02 January 2010. IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE AT ALL YOU WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Anything you save on the retail cost is lost (or certainly was by me) as a result of having to cancel plumbers and other trades people because Bathroom Emporium staff's inefficiency and complete disregard for customer satisfaction or keeping the customer informed
