Instant relief
Dr Ray immediately relieved agony, in which I was in, from back and leg pain from a previous injury. I was earlier unable to walk, stand or even move without being in unbearable pain. From the first appointment the amount of pain I was in decreased dramatically, with the next appointment seeing me walk with ease and not feeling any pain whatsoever. The instant relief has been so appreciated honestly cannot thank Dr Ray or BDC Health enough. Highly recommend! BDC also have extremely competitive prices for treatment especially for the quality of treatment you receive, not only in the session but you are provided with additional exercises and guidance for at home. Dr Ray has kept in touch via email also which just gives that extra level of customer service and care along with his knowledge on the human body. Thank you so much BDC I am excited to try other non-urgent care services you provide once the Covid regulations are lifted.

Torn Muscle in my Arm
I tore a muscle in my arm whilst at work and sought out treatment from Downs Clinic. I attended for a number of weeks and the treatment soon pay dividends . My arm is now nearly as good as new. Mathew was particularly attentive and caring to my problem and kept me informed throughout the treatment and gave me regular exercises to help .
