Disappointing
7 weeks after purchasing a car from this garage the exhaust fell off and had to be replaced. Not a good experience for anyone while they are driving, especially a new driver. AA also recommended a new battery as it was ready to go too. As Alan pointed out the car had passed its MOT, but as the AA man pointed out Alan would have been aware of the poor condition of both exhaust and battery, Response from Alan was astounding, that it was our fault for lack of maintenance, he also offered to take more money from us to replace the exhaust with a discount. Alan comes across as a nice guy, he's not. Wouldn't recommend
