In January of this year I purchased 2 sofas from this outlet guaranteed genuine leather only to find 3 months later it's cheap bonded leather which wasn't stated at point of purchase they have now told us they don't do real leather at all and it's a substitute leather they are also refusing to refund or rectify their mistake so we are going to trading standards and the news papers regarding this their customer service at head office is appalling laughing down the phone to me as I'm trying to explain and I was suppose to be speaking with the director of the business aswell a Mr Ballal Ali he also hung the phone up on me...I advise all customers who are planning on purchasing anything from this place NOT TOO TOUCH THEM as they are now known for misleading and miss selling customers!!!!!!
