I was extremely disgusted with the way that my child and her friends were treated when they visited this shop to buy me a birthday gift. As they walked into the shop, a camper van caught the eye of my daughter, as she collects them as a hobby and would have been willing to buy the item. She walked over to the camper van and as her bracelet accidentally hit the edge of the shelf, the owner or assistant rudely suggested to my daughter that she could not touch things she couldn't afford. After this rude comment my daughter and her friend, very respectfully, chose to not comment back and to leave the shop. As she was leaving she said to her friend "I would have liked to have bought that camper van, but I'm not willing to give my money away to someone who has no respect for their customers" As this was said, the women/assistant, told my daughter she was banned from the shop, as well as her friends and could not return. When asked why by my daughters friend, the women replied "Because I said so." She then approached my daughters friend way beyond personal space and claimed that the reason she must get out of the shop was because she was mouthy, even though they had done nothing wrong and were the innocent party. The assistant/owner then went on to tell my daughter and her friends to get out the shop and that she had them all on camera. They all respectfully left the shop, astonished at the way they had been treated and as am I. I am someone who has been visiting Stourport for a very long time, and will be remembering this lady's actions and the way she treated my child, not as a customer but as a criminal.

would not reccomend
Awful staff and very nasty owners. I visited this shop whilst having a day out to stourport with my mother sister and 3 children we were followed around the store from the time we entered and were asked to leave with the reason being "children should not go into a shop like this" beautiful shop but can buy the content else where easy enough without having to be treated so terribly my son is disabled and i was very hurt to be victimised this way..
