As a qualified midwife with recognised research, teaching, hypnobirthing and pilates qualifications, Lesley\u2019s classes are uniquely interactive, informative and enlightening.

8 Week Ladies Only Classes - midweek & just after lunch, perfect with tea and cake

1 Day Couple Classes - at weekends to suit those travelling from further afield

Dad's Survival Classes - Two 2 hour evening men only classes, the perfect addition to the ladies only class
