Good product, horrible customer service
Bespoke Glass installed shower glass for us. While they were needlessly delayed in installing and very poor at setting expectations and communicating with us, the finished product did look lovely. We were very pleased. Fifteen months later when a glass seam began to separate, their support was terrible. I telephoned for over 41 days with no response, not even after speaking with the owners. While their product is good, the support and customer service is so terrible that I'm afraid I cannot recommend Bespoke Glass (A&M Glass).
