Would definately use again
My sale and purchase went really smoothly and I know it was because of the company I chose to do my conveyancing. I loved being able to email them rather than write letters all the time, and they kept me updated throughout.

Terrible experience
Selectively respond to email requests, do not complete written requests without multiple chasing and perhaps more worrying do not notify us about contractual concerns until the day of exchange. Even if you are on a tight budget - do yourselves a favour and pay for professional representation.
