100% genuine review of shocking customer service

Genuine review of an incident that occurred this evening. Just been let down less than 48hrs before we had booked a Kissogram for my sister's party. The owner of the agency called us to let us down and suggested we find our own because SHE had been let down. When we called her back to challenge her on this she ignored our calls until we called back on a different telephone number which she answered. She hurled abuse at me asking me what she was supposed to do about it. We were paying £75.00 for this service and had cancelled our original function room booking so that we could have the Kissogram booking. She said do I have any idea what it is like to work with strippers and she said they are so unreliable!! When I asked her how she was willing to provide a service that was so unreliable she told me to shut up and let her talk! Asking me what I would do in her situation she obviously didn't realise that I am a manager in customer service and I would have done a hell of a lot more. If you want a professional and reliable service do not use lips Kissogram. The worst service i have ever received and at the end of the call she told me not to call again as I was talking rubbish and put the phone down on me. One very unhappy customer.read less
