biffa were reccomended by leeds city council . the service we have received this is the worst company . we have telephoned on numerous occasions to complain regarding missed collections and bins left anywhere the binmen feel like leaving them but are always fobbed off with pathetic excuses . we would never use this company again . we have been waiting 2 weeks for a representitive from biffa to contact us regarding our many complaints unfortunately they like to ignore customers . advice to anyone planning on using biffa ( don,t ) .
