Con-man!

This man is an absolute thief, after paying money upfront 2000 pound to be exact, for a 50oz Georgian wool carpet to my lounge and diner, and 1 very small bedroom. We waited 3 months before he could get it fitted due to the carpet machine breaking down??? After all the wait and aggregation the fitters finally arrive, they were both very friendly and polite. I made them a drink and went to work. BUT!........ When I returned @ 5.30pm.The carpet wasn't the 50oz that he sold me but more like a 30oz! After ringing him and talking to him he started to become very aggressive in his tone of voice and was very unpleasant. The fitters assured me this wasn't a rare situation and happens on a daily basis, they were on my side all along. I've since had a independent assessor in to investigate he confirmed my suspicions that the carpet is In fact a 30oz! Not only that but the underlay is not even of "B" grade quality - I shouldn't of payed more than £900 according to the assessor. Very unhappy and don't want anyone else to suffer because of this shark.
