Established in 1992 as a much needed resource for musicians, Big Noise Studios, situated in the heart of Northampton's town centre, soon turned in to a busy and successful rehearsal studio.

The business was re-developed in 2011 and has since grown to become the biggest and best equipped studio in the midlands, attracting on average 70 bands per week and serves as the official Rockschool examination centre for Northamptonshire. The studios vibrant and eclectic atmosphere has become a magnet for likeminded creatives and now houses among its resident bands, filmmakers, music producers and music tutors.

With an emphasis on professionalism matched with an understanding of affordability, Big Noise Studios is a hub for creative culture and a vital outlet for self expression.

Rehearsal Rooms

Each of the rehearsal rooms have been designed, fitted and equipped with state of the art equipment including valve state amplification from Marshall and Blackstar, Yamaha PA systems with separate drum monitoring, a selection of bass amplifiers and drum kits, plus a multitude of other additions, all tailored for the modern musician.

Lounge

The heart of Big Noise is its spacious artists lounge with its very own stage. Available for private hire bookings, this eclectic and comfortable area is perfect of a variety of activities including choir practice, drama groups, workshops, creative meetings and parties.

3hrs - £20
4hrs - £25
(Excluding cymbals @ additional £1 per hour)

THE LOUNGE:
£15 per hour (2hrs minimum hire)

REHEARSAL ROOMS AND THE LOUNGE AVAILABLE:
Mon - Fri (4pm -11pm)
Sat - Sun (10am - 9pm)
