Seriously avoid

This is my review of this garage and in short the owner John birrell is very rude territorial and I honestly would not recommend dealling with this company I was booked into the garage next door to this guy at approx 815 I pulled up just in front of this guy's garage and imedietley he walked toward my van I exited my van and said to the guy hey I have my van booked in for repair he imedietley said (Not here you don't and move your van) I quickly realised that I was at the wrong garage and I was about 10 yards to far from my destination the units in this industrial estate are so close together I got back in my van to move it as John birrell (I didn't know this guy at the time) was angry that I parked in front of his garage for 10 seconds or less so I wanted to move off and not cause any problems I pulled off to my left I hit his parking bay bar and it was on its side with my window open he imedietley said that's one hundred pounds you owe me ( he could have quite easily said mind the bar on your left) but no he was adiment I owed him one hundred pounds now I aggree I made the mistake and I Must put it right but this guy just kept repeating I owe him so I explained I would go park in the garage next door and deal with my affairs and would speak to him after and I did 2 minutes later stood at his shutter and he exited the car he was in the back of came to the shutter and demanded I paid him one hundred pounds I aggree to pay but said I would need to visit a bank he said your not going anywhere till you pay me the one hundred pounds and said follow me I followed him into the office and he put his hand out and said one hundred pounds please I explained again I do not have that cash on me and would need to visit a bank he again said your not going anywhere till you pay me I pulled out my wallet and showed him that it was free of cash and I would indeed have to go to a bank he was haveing none of it so I offered him to hold onto my driveing licence until I returned to pay his ransom he reluctantly agreed and snatched my licence from my hands looked over it and said ok I left got home and explained to my freind who advised Me to pay him by credit card incase he was a rouge employee I returned about a hour and a half to birrells mot and met the same guy in the office dealling with a customer he was polite on this occasion and quickly took my card and entered his demand of one hundred pounds into his card machine I'm kind of feeling I was robbed but how and ever I messed up and I was to put it right and would have no intention of doing otherwise but just this guy's aggressive demanding persona was not easy to deal with and I'm just wondering how matters would have been if he were dealing with a new young Driver or a female on her own as I can imagine thay would have given this man thair life savings just to make him stop I'm not sure if it was me or he hates the nabouring garage maybe I just met him at a really bad time but I would not recommend dealling with this guy at all and would go as far as to say unless you're booked in for work in this guy's garage do not go near his workshop or parking area this is a true account of dealling with this guy for Google Facebook and yell if you require Video and audio footage to verify this review please contact me thanks
