Terrible Experience

I had the worst experience with this company and will NOT use them again. This was the most stressful hire of a bouncy castle I have EVER had, and I have hired many over the years for my children's parties. I had searched high and low for a Star Wars bouncy castle for my little boys Star Wars party so was thrilled when I found one and it was free for the day i needed. The tea time before my party i received a call to tell me that the Star Wars castle was damaged so not available for my party. I was offered a Super Hero alternative but was not happy with this as my theme was Star Wars including full fancy dress for all children and adult characters at the party. I checked the web site and chose a non themed obstacle course (at almost twice the price of my original booking). The stress just continued.....\n\nCastle was supposed to be delivered at 10.30 for a 11.30 party start time. At 11.05 I called to be told they were 4 miles away. At 11.15 the castle arrived .... as inflated it was a pirate themed obstacle course complete with pirate ship mast. NOT very Star Wars and not as the website picture had shown. When i called to ask what has gone wrong i was told the website was out of date so the picture i had booked from was not what i was booking!!!\n\nAs inflated the castle was wet and full of grass. The delivery guys were very good and did their best to wipe it down but my indoor venue was left wet and covered in grass cuttings.\n\nThe castle was suppose to be on hire till 3pm but was collected at 2.15.\n\nThe customer service in my opinion was appalling. I am left feeling extremely let down by this company and for me as the organiser, the whole experience on the day was very stressful and upsetting.
