I thought I'd add a second review of this place as it is clearly so very good. We went to try the new Autumn menu in September and were lucky to get a 50% reduction on a special offer they were running. Well - I can't fault the place. The service is beyond anything else I've experienced locally, by far and the food is simply delightful. When you arrive you are welcomed by, in our case a male waiter, professional and polite, the menu has a wide range of dishes all in the "fine dining" style. Drinks are offered and served quickly and the food soon follows. The staff are happy and friendly - it must be a good place to work for! Do try it - you won't be disappointed!

This restaurant truly thrills us each time we return. It isn't at all an inexpensive evening out though so do budget around £30+ each inclusive of drinks but be prepared to be utterly delighted with the superbly produced food and truly excellent service (easily the best we've experienced in Leicestershire). It's a beautiful room, too. Sadly, in our experience, not enough people seem to have realised what quality is on their doorstep as the place is often not very full!
