DO NOT USE IT!
We used this kennel once and we won't use it again! They just don't care about dogs. Our dog was back thiner scared, frightened and with cold. He was coughing and sneezing! He was scared also to go out to the garden! We paid for this dog about 2000 quid and we expect him in the same condition as before but he looked awful! Please DO NOT use this kennel even you have no choice!!!
