7. Annual customer questionnaire with the results made available to our customers, social services, staff and the regulatory body.

8. Compliance with all relevant statutory requirements of the Care Standards Act, Health & Safety and insurance.

9. A dedicated supervisor and co-ordinator to upholding quality and ensuring continuity of care. The care manager is dedicated to ensuring the efficient day to day running of the service.
