I am sorry to say that I would not recommend using this company. Despite having previously cleaned our windows. We paid a £70 deposit in good faith for a full clean including soffits and fascias. However, Ben and Natalie never showed up. I have tried to get in contact with them numerous times now to rearrange and give them a chance, but they are reading my messages and never responding. I am so disappointed to have been treated this way. Please no one else use them to be cheated out of your hard earned money.
