Hilary has specialised in Injury Prevention and Rehabilition in both Australia and the U.K. She has experience working with both acute and chronic pain clients, occupational injuries as well as healthy individuals wanting to improve there fitness or acheive weight loss. Her experience has led her to providing Injury prevention workshops to a vast array of professionals such as signal boat crew members, council workers and office based professional.
As well as being an Exercise Physiologist Hilary is degree qualified Nutritionist. This allows Body Concepts to offer comprehensive Nutrition assessments and advice to truely offer its customers a complete health and fitness package.
