Do not buy from here.

This shop is not even worthy of 1 star. Having bought a pair of £50+ patasil school shoes, they lasted just 1 term. After being told these would last 1 year I was angry they had lasted just 1 term (Sept to Xmas). I took them back to shop to be told that my daughter needed a new pair anyway as she had grown out of them. However when my daughters feet were measured she was exactly the same size and the next size up were too big. I was disgusted that the owner thought this was acceptable and I was then told to try a different style. This shop could be so good, not with an owner who has NO customer service skills. Having since done my research from locals who have shopped here via social network sites it seems this is a v common problem. How this shop s still trading I will never know but I doubt it will be for much longer.
