after finding what i wanted, in a store that has had a move round to accomodate the ( what i feel is the way too early) christmas stock, i found that they did not have enough of what i wanted. this was not a problem though. they seemed very short staffed upstairs, so i was served at the phot desk. the lady called Cat was emensely helpful and went out of her way to help me. i know that the staff are paid to help customers, but she did it like it was a second nature to her. finding what i needed and assisting me like i was the only shopper who mattered. what a refreshing treat. very good job. well done.
