We are members of The Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors (IDEA) and The Independent Pack Providers Association (IPPA).   These are bodies that demand a very high standard, of conduct and ethics, from its members. You can therefore be assured that your EPC or HIP provided by us, accurately reflects your property.

Specialist Services

All searches and documentation, provided by BOURNE HIPs, are Search Code and HIP Code compliant. As added protection for you we are registered with the PCCB and we carry £2m insurance cover. All our DEA's are CRB checked and carry a photo ID Card.
