I attended my first Brealy Bootcamp in feb 2012, I had never ran more than 2 steps in my 42 years, in August I did my first 10 k. It is the whole package, and it's changed my life. 2nd Brealy Bootcamp, January 2013 it was amazing again learning so much Thanks to you Julie and team xx

My first ever bootcamp,then3months later i went on to their weekend camp.Wonderfull sett in the middle of Berkshire meadows...one to one coaching tailored to my needs which were few of them...i went there with no fitness level whatsoever,but since then june 2012,i ve been exsersising most days thank to Brealy team...and still get online support when i need one.I Have lost a stone in a period of 40days....and i feel great.BILE LONDON

I first attended a Brealy Bootcamp in August 2011 because I was lost and didn't know how to shift the excess weight I'd gained. I hadn't done anything like this before so I was a little nervous to say the least. I was really surprised by how I eased into it all. Julie Brealy was so supportive and seemed to know ME and what I needed, looking after me as an individual. I lost 7.5 lbs that first week. I attended 2 courses and over the next 4 months, I lost the 2 stone I had set myself. This was achieved through a new fitness regime but also being re-educated about food which is a big part of Brealy Bootcamp courses. They have a holistic approach and look after the 'whole' person. I wholeheartedly recommend Brealy. It's safe and it works.

I attended the Burn Out Bootcamp at the beginning of January and it was fabulous - life changing even! I really pushed my body (with gentle encouragement from the trainers, no being shouted at!) and realised it is more capable than I thought - though you can work at your own pace; learnt a lot about nutrition; and am now feeling like an energiser bunny of 30 years old as opposed to an 83 yr old woman! (I am 47!) I did the Burnout Bootcamp - http://www.brealybootcamps.co.uk/Bootcamps-MoreInfo.php?page=burn_out_bootcamp Don't get me wrong, it was 8 – 10 hours of exercise a day and a detox diet, so I felt really ill and nasty for the first few days, but come day three of it, I was flying! I'd really recommend it. I am now eating so, so much better, am exercising (bits and pieces here and there, not too aggressively) and lost a total of 8lbs in less than two weeks. I feel much more in control of my body, my eating and my emotions - I feel great! I have booked to go another course in May - something that has really surprised an exercise phobe like me!
