I am a registered psychotherapist and provide the opportunity to help people make a decision about whether psychotherapy might be a way of helping with a range of emotional, psychological and mental health difficulties. I have more than 20 years experience of working in this field in both the NHS and private practice. I am networked with a large number of other practitioners who offer a full range of psychological therapies including CBT, counselling, couple and group psychotherapy
