Welcome, as a UKCP and BACP registered therapist with over 12 years and 2000 + hours of experience, my aim is to offer you a reflective and safe space. I support individuals, couples and young people offering both short and long term support.

When we meet, we will establish together the aims of the sessions. This might range from using the sessions in an exploratory way or working with specific aims. In addition to my integrative orientation,
I have a wide range of other tools ranging from CBT, solution focused to more creative methods.

I have extensive experience in two areas: work place issues and supporting young people. I worked within various NHS GP and family centres as the in house counsellor supporting 12-19 year olds. Issues include:

stress, anxiety, depression
adoption issues
couples
self Harm
eating disorders
attachment issues
OCD
bereavement/loss
