Bristol Parkway Car Park.

This station is absolutely fine. It's relatively easy to get to and Bristol is within easy reach of the station. The reason I am writing a review is to alert travellers to the car park that is operated by APCOA. You will receive a Civil Parking Notice if you park in two bays, and the fine is £80 that reduces to £50 if you pay within 14 days. This is not made clear unless you read the small print on the notice at the Pay Here machines. There is a telephone number you can phone if you want to appeal against the fine but they don't answer. This means entering into protracted correspondence with them by post. They will ignore all the points you raise and then ask you to pay the £80. I sent a cheque for £50 and they didn't query it. My impression was that they were incompetent and not at all professional. There is a school of thought that these fines are not legally enforceable but we were uncomfortable with going as far as court proceedings.
