Nightmare installation - abysmal service

From failing to order correct parts , to not ordering some parts and by using an "engineer" whose abilities were NOT up to standard- no parts , limited tools and even less ability . The office were also incompetent , taking engineer off job after only 4 hrs. Failing to inform me when parts being delivered , despite assurances . Leaving me for days and doing nothing - no heating or hot water . I had to complain to the MD before any further work was progressed. Total incompetence and bungling. Poor engineers who have left me now with an unusable system as constant , yes constant bleeding required - and parts of the country today are at MINUS 17 !!! .This is a shoddy outfit who's workforce have no idea what is going on . An absolute disgrace to allow this company to perform in this manner - taking thousands of pounds for work which leaves people without a workable, usable system .And to finalise , I received two ABUSIVE phone calls off the Exec Chairman , which resulted in me contacting the POLICE for harrasement . Furthermore , on "Completion " 1hr after the engineer left - BSW malisciously contacted SGN and " made out" that I had contacted them to report a gas leak ... I have NO GAS LEAK !!! Nore did I report one !! -THEY BSW DID !!This was yet another Dire example of BSW throwing their toys out of the pram after I dare complain about THEIR ABUSE , INCOMPETENCE AND COWBOY SERVICE.Dont ever allow these people in your home or buisiness. The levels of abysmal service are something I have NEVER experienced in my life.They are not interested now in putting things right , which leaves me to continue my actions against them with a view to litigation. I will not rest until this company , these cowboys are shown up for their incompetence and total disregard for the customer. The fight goes on , leaving appropriate feedback wherever I can . ABSOLUTELY DIRE STANDARDS OF ETHICS , SKILLS & PERFORMANCE.Took 2WEEKS to complete a 2DAY job. I have now an unusable system BSW - about time you sorted it - NOT ignore it !!! Totally Disgusted beyond comprehension.
