A Poor Job

Just tried this car wash for the first time. They rush jobs to move onto the next. I paid £10 for them to do inside and out. I fortunately had shopping to leave on the passenger seat so noticed they hadn't cleaned the inside of that side at all. If I'd just got in the driver's side I wouldn't have noticed. I complained and was told that the car was too dirty and I should have washed it myself before bringing it! The manager got someone to do it but when I pointed out to him a mark on the outside passenger door he said it couldn't come off. He squirted and wiped a small part and it came off easily but before he could do the rest he spotted someone else complaining and walked away to attempt to pacify them! The part that I's been told was too dirty came clean with a light wipe. I've never had experience of a poor car wash until now. Perhaps they were having a bad day, but I'll never find out.
