I have been using Buckley House since it first opened. I have three dogs, one of which had to be put to sleep recently. They were very kind and considerate leaving me to spend a while with her when she had been put to sleep. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone - keep up the good work.

I've always found the service at Buckley House to be absolutely excellent and it is certainly NOT an overpriced practice. I recommend this vets to everyone I know who has pets and Buckley House has treated all my families cats, dogs and ferrets since it opened. Both the vets and other staff here are always very caring and helpful. I cannot say a bad word about this place or the people working there.

From overpriced to downright rude this is the worst vet in the uk in my view. Heads so far up their backsides they talk to you through their belly buttons. Watch out for the rude old hag on the switchboard she likes to put customers in their place : "I'm tired of members of the general public moaning about things". All I phoned up about was the prescription they did for my cat was still in powder form and I couldn't see in the instructions how much water to add, making the point that they really should do it, not me....like a pharmacist does....after all this is medicine and if made up wrong could kill my pet. "so what" was the answer. Use them at your peril.
