We treat all ages from new born babies to the elderly, office workers to professional sports people.
We aim to provide a professional service within a safe and caring environment and keep the patient at the centre of what we do. We want people to know that we have their best interests at heart and aim to treat everyone I see with patience, understanding and empathy. When you walk out of the doors we want you to feel relief from any discomfort you had, encouraged, genuinely cared for and most importantly inspired to take responsibility for your own well-being.
People will regularly come and see us for relief from back, neck and joint pain, sports injury, postural problems, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, knee pain, sciatica, headaches and much more. So don't put up with that pain or discomfort. I use a variety of treatments according to the needs of the patient, and tailor a treatment plan for a patient's body and lifestyle - focusing not just on the cause of the pain, but also any maintaining factors (diet, poor posture, balance etc) that could cause the symptoms to linger. This involves the patient at all stages in their own treatment, thereby reducing the number of treatments required.
