We specialise in building repairs and renovations which can vary from small repairs e.g a leaking pipe or slipped roof tiles to larger structural issues. Our repair department have experience in all areas of building and associated services which allows us to solve any problems you may face. For repairs we can offer 24/7 assistance with a quick response time, which we believe is essential for plumbing, electrical and roofing issues. We are also very experienced in demolition and getting sites or projects ready for the next phase.

​For domestic and commercial building owners and landlords we offer a maintenance service which typically comprises of small repairs, painting, electrical checks and groundskeeping as part of an ongoing maintenance contract or a one off agreement.

​We provide dilapidation services for tenants. We are very efficient at organising and carrying out a schedule of works and provide stringent negotiation skills for end of lease contracts. If you are faced with a dilapidations claim or final schedule which are typically inflated and don't leave much time for repair work to be carried out we can help you drastically reduce the final amount you will need to pay.

We are strong believers in staged payments which protect both us the contractors and you the client. We never ask for a large deposit and stand by the quality of our finished work for final payments.
