Terrible
We ordered replacement leaded windows from Burnley Windows two months ago. Having waited some 8 weeks for them to arrive, being constantly fobbed off with how difficult it is to put leading on a window unit, a delivery and fitting date was finally arranged. When Burnley Windows didn't turn up to fit the windows on the arranged day I rang to find out why and was told he had a hospital appointment to attend. I have no problem with this, but they could have had the common (and processional) courtesy to let us know. When I asked why they didn't tell us they weren't coming, they said they weren't aware that anyone would be waiting in for the fitting (!?). At this point we cancelled the order. All in all a totally unprofessional company that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
