Information:
Our classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are a small friendly family orientated martial arts school which runs twice weekly classes in Kenpo & self defence for children aged 5+ and adults. Beginners are warmly welcomed and are taught at a pace which best suit them slowly building up their confidence, speed, and fitness. Class Days & Times:... Tuesday's & Thursday's... Lil' Dragons 5 to 9yrs 19.00-20.00... Warriors 10-14yrs 20.00-21.00... Teenagers 15 to 17 & mixed adults 20.00 - 21.30 although times may vary.
