very pleased with the service. website was great and easy to use but couldn't find what i was looking for. Rang the helpline and was put through to a very helpful man who knew everything i wanted to know and helped find a commercial fridge that was what i was looking for. The fridge is here now and it works a charm!

I have dealt with buzz catering supplies previously before their website went up and it was a pretty good service then for a mail order catalogue company. I just purchased a glasswasher from their new internet website and i was really impressed. The website is crisp, clean, fast and easy to navigate. Only seconds till i found what i was after and their customer support is second to none. Unlike most other internet companies, they have a phone number to contact them and it was answered streight away (no annoying long hold thank god!) The product came the next day as promised and i didnt even pay for the delivery! All installed now and it seems to work a treat! Definitely would come back for more
