I needed to move my belongings into storage and underestimated how much I had. From a 2 day trip to 4. They went out of their way to help and even came back late on a Saturday to let the van come back out of hours. Wonderful people. Very understanding

The worst customer service ever!
A very unfriendly & unhelpful service with No help or information given, Michele ? just tells you to sign here, here, here & here, on a form that has almost more T & C's than apple has!! Be warned this company will likely find a way to take more money from your account, for extra miles or low fuel or a new scratch! Do not give them your card details. Wish I had seen the other bad reviews on facebook & other sites before I booked!!
