I ordered a solar battery charger from RAPID FACTORS - the Amazon store for CLZ Performance, as I was to leave my car at the airport for 2 weeks whilst on holiday. Here's what happened:- Item NOT DISPATCHED NO RESPONSE to Amazon message NO RESPONSE to DIrect Email NO RESPONSE to Phonecall. Conclusion, NO RESPECT for this company.
