My husband and i have just had a bathroom installed in Castle View Caerphilly with Caerphilly Bathroom services. I must say we was very impressed with this local friendly & reliable service. Caerphilly Bathroom Services supplied all the bathroom fittings and all the tiles and labour for us for our bathroom in Castle View Caerphilly. The workmanship was excellent. We had a new bathroom fitted in Machen Caerphilly and I was very pleased with the standard of the work carried out by Caerphilly Bathroom Services They took their time with the work, which we were pelased with as previous plumbers we've used seem to be only keen to rush through, grab the money and get onto their next job. When needed, they were able to work longer hours and were a good sounding board for our ideas with the bathroom. They took our ideas on board, and suggested others in terms of layout but very much left us to make the decision on what worked best for us, and not what just made their lives easier. Methodical and patient throughout, we appreciated the attention to detail of the job, and apart from a change of cistern early into the job (which was our mistake) the job came in on budget. There were a couple of obstacles on the way, but all options were fully discussed with us and we felt reassured by their explanations, and more involved. We're not hoping to change the bathroom again for a long time, but would be keen to use Caerphilly Bathroom Services again for any other jobs that we or our friends and family may have. Right from the initial contact I had with Caerphilly Bathrooms I was impressed by their outstanding customer service. They were straight on to my agenda, taking the time to really find out what I wanted and making fantastic suggestions that |I would never have thought about. I mentioned that I was going on holiday a couple of months from our initial meeting and They went out of his way to schedule the work for then to ensure minimal disruption to myself and regularly phoned me with updates on timescales and selections. As for the finished article... WOW! I came back from holiday not only to find my dream bathroom but to a house with no sign that workmen had been in my house. I know from my neighbours that They worked really long days even up to 7 pm at night as they were determined to give me the wow factor when I returned and have everything completed. I really cannot thank Caerphilly Bathrooms enough or recommend them highly enough. I chose Caerphilly Bathrooms because of the customer reviews which are fantastic, but would say that they still don't do full justice to the reality of the service, attention to detail or craftmanship that Caerphilly Bathrooms provide. NEW BATHROOM IN CAERPHILLY
We commissioned Caerphilly Bathroom Services for the first time some 8 weeks ago after moving into our new home which required knocking through the partition wall in the bedroom and making good the walls and fitting new bathroom suite to the room, they supplied and fitted all electrical works / plumbing and tiling to new bathroom which was all done to a high standard Great all round service - highly recommend Kelly Lewis Caerphilly
