California brides!!!!!!

We had an appointment and noticed straight away what a small shop it was it was inviteing down stairs with all the prom dress's to see and the displays but they couldn't at first remember taking our appointment which was booked only four hours before we arrived and then to be told to come back in half hour because they was running late so we had to take shelter in a local cafe due to the rain basically we don't want you and your three kids putting our only one other customer off but we was customers aswell no hospitality at all no apologie nothing. So we had to explain to three excited kids we will have to come back later. We arrived back as the other customer was leaving it was literally questions after questions, me as the maid of honor was waiting down stairs as the brides was taken upstairs to browse I was left with two rude ladies just sitting there drinking tea slaggin off someone called Rachel who is 19 with a bad attitude and picks on someone called Danny! So if your Rachel I hope your reading this also talkin about how they alter dress's made to measure but then to tell the bride upstairs the dress's are standard sizes and they don't alter them but they can sew! Confused yeah so are we, also they was basically sayin they get dress's in daily and the sell them daily because they are the cheap. The dress's was not cheap at all they looked shabby, filthy and looked like they had been there a lot longer than they was trying to make out as. She admited the main website has not been updated since october last year so half of the dress's on the website you can't get anymore so I think that there website is misleading. The bride to be asked a question if the dress in the window had a name and she said no just a code I think that was unexceptable because the bride would of probably most likely of tried it on and brought it if she had been abit more willing to not try and sell her a filthy shabby dress she wanted her to buy instead! Upstairs was tiny aswell you had to try the dress on downstairs and go back upstairs to look in the mirror no organisation what so ever. The woman who owned the shop was clearly in it for a quick sale this is the most memorable and exciting day of a womans life and the experience was just shocking I felt so sorry for the bride it put a damper on the whole thing for her. We asked if they did bridesmaid dress's they don't because the don't have the room they prefer to sell prom dress's instead. I would never recommend this shop to anyone unless you are desperate that day and have your bank card wofted infront of them and don't mind trying on dress's that are being dragged along carpets that have not been hoovered in weeks because upstairs was in desperate need of being updated it is not the 80's anymore!
