Avoid this camping shops online shop at all costs!! http://www.campingontyne.com/index.php They sell products which they do not have in stock, they don't let you know until you phone up a couple of days later. Then refuse to respond, put phone down when they hear it's you calling. They are still listing the item as in stock and selling it although they don't have it. I still have not received a refund of over £100 after 4 working days. To top it all off, they are an online shop but they don't have access to a computer during the day, only evenings. HOW DO YOU RUN AN ONLINE BUSINESS WITHOUT ACCESS TO A COMPUTER DURING OFFICE HOURS??? The man I've been in contact with also refuse to give me his name. Wish I've never found their website, more than £100 out of pocket and nothing to show for it! AVOID AVOID AVOID - don't get caught! If I could give them 0 stars I would but have to select at least 1 star.
